If
you are a PR agency with multiple clients this is an ideal way to provide added value by hosting clients' news content on a single
site. Access for the media is either from your own agency website or with a direct link from the client's website.

works if you are an organisation with several divisions or area offices. From the portal front page, each client or division
has their own 'news room' selected from a drop-down menu.

The package can be fully managed by Actuality Media to keep the content
fresh, accurate and exactly what journalists need to generate positive coverage for you.
There is also an optional distribution
module which can be set up so that key journalists are automatically alerted to news content matching their interests.
